What to expect from us

You will build and be responsible for our marketing campaigns and take the lead and drive in executing and measuring the marketing strategy hands-on.
In collaboration with the content creators, you will launch successful cross-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and identification of the target group with the Bad Portier brand.
You conceptualize and plan campaigns for the entire channel mix (Display Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Social Media, Newsletter, OOH as well as guerrilla activities), manage the campaigns with various tools (Newsletter Tool, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and coordinate various stakeholders in the implementation of site-specific marketing campaigns.
You are responsible for the advertising budget, conduct A/B tests, develop meaningful reporting to measure success from relevant KPIs, report directly to the management and use the data for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
To further develop and automate marketing, you will supervise and optimize social media bots, implement retargeting and develop ideas to further increase performance.
In the future, you will measure the success of the brand establishment in cooperation with market research agencies/institutes.

What you bring on board

You combine a passion for customer-centric and data-driven marketing with the enthusiasm to take responsibility in a startup from the get-go.
Your strong analytical skills meet hands-on mentality, which makes it easy for you to come up with meaningful solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic and agile environment with a high level of personal responsibility.
You have relevant qualifications in marketing, media, web technologies, business informatics, business administration or a similar field.
With your experience in online marketing and performance marketing (ideally eCommerce), you bring skills in campaign management with Facebook Ads Manager, SEA, web analytics (Google Analytics), conversion optimization, Google Data Studio and Google Ads Manager.
In addition to WordPress skills (or the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a CMS), you have a high technical affinity for performance-oriented technologies, which enables you to implement retargeting campaigns and tracking mechanisms.
